Over the last five years, Dynashape Ltd has invested in its production capabilities considerably, and now runs a total of 8 CNC grinding machines in response to a rapidly growing customer base displaying varying needs. Their latest addition, the Vollmer CHF 840 is designed for precise side-grinding of 80-840mm Carbide-Tipped sawblades for Aluminium, Wood and Plastic based applications – such as Dynashape's unique Proplastic saw blades. This new CNC machine replaces their previous side grinder, allowing improved accuracy and faster cycling times.
