Social distancing measures are being introduced into every walk of life now, with this in mind PH Flexible have a range of products which will be of interest to you.

Fogger Handheld Machine

With the need to thoroughly clean spaces between shifts, or customer visit, this hand held device atomises the cleaning solution, creating a fine mist that can clean a large area quickly.

This is ideal for cleaning a car between test drives, or an office desk between shifts.

The drying time can be as low as 20 minutes in a ventilated area.

Masks

We supply both the 3 ply disposable masks which can be used as part of a site wide preventative measure, and the FFP2 masks, for jobs which have fine airborne particles

Helping The Cause – Manufacturing Aprons

Businesses have had opportunities to diversify their product offerings due to the overwhelming amount of PPE products required immediately. Resulting in a longer lead time and a shortage of raw materials in some cases.

PH Flexible Packaging decided to help the cause by converting their die cutting machine, which traditionally make cardboard boxes into making disposable PPE aprons.

The process was straightforward but was an unexpected direction for PH Flexible who have manufactured protective packaging for over 30 years.

The disposable aprons have been supplied to various care workers, dentists and more recently barbers and salons. Companies have been finding their traditional stockists had depleted stocks, while for hairdressers the need for aprons as PPE is a new requirement.

Floor Tape For All Environments.

With the changing and relaxation of social distancing rules, the layout plan for your office, shop, factory or warehouse may be changing or modified.

We have floor tapes for all of your layouts.

A printed floor tape, with the Please Keep Your Distance - Stay Safe text.

This tape has the advantage of being able to enforce your social distancing message, but without a specific distance printed on it. This can be used in your 1mPlus environments, where achieving a 2m space is not possible.

Where 2m is possible

We have stock of a tape with the text, Please Keep A Safe Distance Of 2 Metres. Ideal for marking out 2m spaces, or creating walkways from, helping to direct the flow of staff or customers.

Generic Black/Yellow Hazard Floor Tape

Where you do not require a printed message, the traditional hazard floor tape can be used. This allows for blocked off areas, or for creating walkways from.

Based in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire we currently produce and convert bubble films and cardboard boxes. This is in conjunction with a thriving distribution operation to provide a one stop shop for packaging materials.

The successful applicant will be required to manage and expand our customer base in the Midlands area whilst also introducing our packaging systems and new environmentally friendly range of products.

PH Flexible Packaging have recently purchased an east midlands packaging company who specialised in short run corrugated box manufacture.

This enables PH Flexible Packaging to add further corrugated case and die cut box production to our existing Packsize corrugated box on demand capability, along with bubble wrap manufacturing and conversion.

PH Flexible Packaging have been manufacturing and supplying packaging products for over 30 years and are based in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire

Due to customer demand 12 months ago we expanded our production capabilities to produce corrugated packaging which has proved successful. This new machinery will be installed at the start of July and will be operational shortly after and will enable us to offer a greater range of conventional cases and die cuts.

You can alter the dimensions from box to box, without the additional cost of tooling or cutting dies having to be factored in. Instead there are no minimum order requirements, allowing you to reduce your packaging shelf space.
